		<description>I just got ripped off by AmboyDirect a few days ago. They deducted $5 off my account and failed to notify me ahead of time. Ever since I opened an online savings account with them in 2006, they only emailed me two estatements, once on 10/2/08, once on 7/2/09. They claim they emailed me statements every quarter. How could that be? I have gmail and never empties my trash bin and never had problems receiving email. Yet I searched my mail box and I did not receive any statement around 3/31/09, which they claim they notified me on it. They expects you to check online yourself for statements. But among all the banks I dealt with, not even one has charged me service charge without specifically letting me know ahead of time. AmboyDirect is unreliable in sending estatements and they lie about sending them. Dealing with a dishonest bank that finds ways to rip off customers, you&#039;d better watch what their next scheme is.</description>
