		<description>In order to qualify for the 4% APY there are certain requirements you must meet. One is 15 debit card transactions within the month but be careful. Towards the end of the month their system will deliberately delay posting any transactions until the following month (by as much a three days) in order to avoid paying you interest. Also, the interest is not paid immediately. It is delayed for a month. So November&#039;s interest will not be paid at the beginning of December as you would expect but would be paid at the end of December.</description>
