		<description>Trustco had been my bank for ten years. During the past three years there has been a sharp decline in the quality of customer service. The staff at our branches in the Capital District of NY are ever changing. They continually rotate employees to different branches. If a staff member tells you something about a promotion and does not have the rules and regs available for you to take and review, get the staff&#039;s words/promises in writing. I have had two experiences where the staff has lied to me about a promotional offer and the &quot;corporate&quot; staff will not send me anything in writing regarding the timeliness of this decision or the decision itself. The &quot;corporate&quot; can get rid of you by transferring your call to the &quot;appropriate branch&quot; but the branch staff cannot transfer you back. They are game players.
So now I play back by testing them, as it is not my primary acnt. Had problems with their ATM card five weeks ago and have not yet received one in place of it! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!</description>
